About this game
Visual Memory asks you to hold a small picture in your head for a few seconds. Each level starts by lighting up some tiles on a grid. After a short look they go dark, and you tap the tiles you saw. Get them all and the next level begins right away.
The challenge grows in fixed steps. Level one shows three tiles on a three by three grid. Every level adds one more tile, and the grid grows to four, five, and finally six tiles across. The number of lit tiles never goes above half the grid, and the preview time grows a little with each extra tile, so later levels stay hard but fair.
A wrong pick marks the tile with a cross and costs one of your three lives. All the lit tiles then show for one second, and a new board at the same level begins. Tiles you already picked are locked, so a double tap never counts twice. When the last life is gone, the board shows the tiles you missed and your score is the number of levels you fully cleared.
Many players try to see shapes in the pattern, like a corner, a line, or a letter, instead of single tiles. Others say the positions out loud in their head. Try a few ways and see which one feels natural to you.
What this does not measure
This is a casual game, not a memory test. It does not diagnose memory problems, measure intelligence, or predict how well you learn. Screen size, lighting, and distractions can all change your score.
